DRM STRATEGY was founded by Dr. Rainer Matiasek. He developed his expertise at renowned management consultancies, including McKinsey, in management positions in industry as well as in his own entrepreneurial activities.
Since 2016 he has been active as an entrepreneur, consultant, coach, trainer and speaker for his clients.
The DRM STRATEGY method is proven in application across multiple industries. It combines a systematic and analytical approach, activates human potential within the organization and embeds technological optimization.
